my head is exploding.

now i'm seriously sure someting is wrong wif my
body system.
1st recently theres times i cant grip chopsticks properly.
2nd i keep hearing a screechin sound.
n now my head is exploding.

i feel damn lazy.
lazy to go exercise.
lazy to go meet up with peeps.
lazy to make tat call for job.
someone kick my ass.
someone make me wake up pls.

what does it mean if ur right eye lid keeps twitching?

recently i had a dream for the 1st time in i-duno-how-many months.
